1905 Suites and Restaurant announced that it will host an Indian food festival beginning April 10. Named “Kashmir to Kanyakumari,” the food festival will be on for three days through April 12 at 1905 in Naxal.
Attendees at the food festival can see a variety of Indian food at one place. This includes dedicated food stalls serving dishes from popular regional Indian cuisines, including Kashmiri Dum Biryani, Punjabi Cholle, Gulshan-e-Paneer, and Kerala Paratha, among others.
There will also be a live counter for delicacies like Masala Dosa, Samosa Chhole Chat, Pani Puri, and Makai Ka Bhutta. On the desserts table, there are specialty foods like Gulab Jamun, Matka wali Kulfi, and more.
Along with food stalls, the event will also have an arrangement for live music, featuring local artists, as well as an open bar and activities.

Some major highlights at Naxal’s 1905 include its garden and the greenhouse restaurant space. The latter is built with a transparent glass structure on all four sides and roof, offering a unique fine dining experience in this neighborhood.
On other days when events aren’t happening at 1905, the restaurant serves multi-cuisine food on table.
The ticket for this event costs 1800 NPR, inclusive of all taxes, and covers for buffet with a complimentary drink. The food festival will begin at 3PM in the afternoon till 10PM on April 10-12.
